Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 5 minutes of placing the order by contacting us at +44 20 7946 0958. Any cancellation request beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated as your order would have already been processed.
Refund for Canceled Orders
For any orders canceled within the 5-minute window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. This process may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
